Good news, friends! I’ve added another signing in Scottsdale at Tomes and Treasures. It looks like a lunchtime event to fit in around the convention from 12:00-1:30 on Saturday, May 7th. This and Bard’s signing should help those of you who can’t make it to the convention to come by to see (and hopefully buy) my books.
I’m working with my good friends from Fangoria on another banner ad for later in the summer. Fangoria is a well-known horror magazine with awesome coverage of the latest horror movies.
It seems like the financial picture has improved for many movie production companies. I’ve had a noticeable increase in hits for my scripts on Inktip.com and TVFilmRights.com. These are two groups I subscribe to that help me market my scripts to producers. Of the hits, Princess Pain seems to be getting the most buzz. I’d love to see Max(ine) Wasa as Marina in the leading role. I thought about offering a prize at a convention for any of my readers who can tell me who Marina is. More to come on that thought.
In addition to SteelCityCon in December, I’m also looking to add SpookieEmpire (Orlando) in October to my appearances. These are two well-run conventions and I’d love to join them this year.
