2011

Hello, everyone. Just returning from Atlanta and an awesome Sci-Fi SummerCon. This has to be the best little convention around. I mean these people know how to have fun. I’d like to thank all my new fans who got their first taste of my writing with book purchases. It’s really great that, despite a tough economy, people still support authors, artists, actors and all other creative walks of life. We had some fun panels, good music at night and lots of good conversation at the bar and con suite. Special thanks to the Dead Pirates for a great job handling things in the suite as well. I also had the opportunity to spend time with my friends from the NY Disco Villains and the crew from an awesome new movie called Ace of Zombies. Congrats to Chris Jones and the rest of the Sci-Fi SummerCon group on a job well done.
Next stop for me is Fandomfest and my good friend Steve Zimmer (program coordinator, author, movie producer, etc., etc.) Look out, Steve. I’m coming down, kilt and all. For those who don’t know, Fandomfest was formerly Fright Night Film Fest. They did such a great job that they’ve expanded from just being movie oriented to become Fandomfest with a literary track and other genres. Check out their website at www.fandomfest.com. They never disappoint. Join me again soon for updated information on my work and conventions. Enjoy your summer and be safe.
