The Worlds of Michael D'Ambrosio

Welcome back, my friends. I hope you found someplace cool to hide out and read a good book (hopefully mine). The last three weeks, the heat has turned torrid around the country and the storms have been unreal.
In the meantime, we’ve had the political circus in town for more comical election year campaigns. If I had my way, we’d get rid of the federal government and return all power to the states. It’s much easier to make changes at the state level when the governor fails compared to a president, senator or congressman. I’m not picking parties here because they’ve all let us down and the house of cards we have for an economic mess today took a long time to build by a lot of incompetent people.
I’m working on the novel for Princess Pain and second season episodes of Fractured Time for a potential three season deal. There is nothing concrete on this but it is in the hands of a very capable executive producer. Let’s cross our fingers that he can make it happen.
I’ve locked into MystiCon (Roanoke) for February and Connooga (Chattanooga) for March of next year. There are still several poosibilities for additional trips before the end of the year as well. I’ve slowed up a bit because I relaly need more time ot focus on my writing and I want to leave room in case I sell one of my scripts as well. With several interested parties for three of my projects, I might need that time. Join me again soon for more news from my literary world of sci-fi, fantasy and horror.
